Xiaomi is set to unveil the Redmi 13 5G in India today. The exact pricing will be announced on July 12,2024 at 12 PM on Amazon, but it is anticipated to be under Rs 15,000.

Launch Details:


The launch event for the Redmi 13 5G is scheduled for 12 PM on Amazon. While many key features have already been revealed, the exact price will be disclosed during the event. The Redmi 13 5G is the successor to the Redmi 12 5G, which was launched in August of last year. This new model aims to provide an enhanced option for consumers in the sub-Rs 15,000 segment.


Everything We Know


The Redmi 13 5G features a glass back panel similar to its predecessor, the Redmi 12 5G, but introduces a new ring light with its dual-camera setup, located on the top left of the back panel. The design is largely reminiscent of the Redmi 12 5G but with this new feature. The smartphone has a large 6.79-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a punch-hole notch, improving the viewing experience. The display is secured by Corning Gorilla Glass3.


Internally, the Redmi 13 5G is powered by the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 AE chip, the same as its predecessor. However, it will run on Xiaomi's latest HyperOS, offering a more advanced user experience compared to the MIUI 14 found on the previous model.
