Realme 13 Pro Series Confirmed to Launch in India: What We Know So Far

 



Realme has confirmed that the Realme 13 series, featuring several 'groundbreaking AI features,' will soon launch in India. Although the company has not provided many details about the new smartphones, they claim that the Realme 13 series will be the 'first professional AI camera phone.' Following the tradition of the Realme 12 series, the new Pro series is expected to come in two variants: Realme 13 Pro+ and Realme 13 Pro.


Realme 13 Pro+ Specifications:


A report by 91 Mobiles, referencing tipster Digital Chat Station, suggests that the Realme 13 Pro+ Indian variant will likely be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7S Gen 3 chipset, an upgrade from the Snapdragon 7S Gen 2 chipset in the Realme 12 Pro+. The 13 Pro+ is expected to offer four storage options: 8 GB RAM/128GB storage, 8 GB RAM/256GB storage, 12 GB RAM/256GB storage, and 12 GB RAM/512GB storage.




Realme's number series has been known for providing excellent camera performance at a budget-friendly price. For instance, the Realme 12 Pro was notable for including a telephoto lens in the sub ₹30,000 price range, and this feature is likely to continue with the Realme 13 Pro and Pro+.


The 13 Pro+ might be the first smartphone to include a Sony IMX882 3x periscope sensor, which is expected to be featured in many upcoming Oppo and OnePlus flagship models. The other two camera sensors are expected to be similar to those in the Realme 12 Pro+.


Regarding design, the Realme 13 Pro+ is likely to have a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera and a familiar watch-like camera module on the back for the rear camera setup.
